Contract & Consulation
Let's kickstart the process with a 15-minute Zoom meeting, where we'll introduce ourselves and delve into the core values of your business. Following the meeting, we'll provide you with a contract for review and signature. Once you're ready to proceed you will need to put down a downpayment. Upon receipt of payment, we'll send you a Google form to gather more comprehensive details about your business, enabling us to begin crafting the layout, fonts, and color scheme that align perfectly with your brand.
Wireframe & Design
Once I receive all the images, documents, and other content you wish to incorporate into your website, I'll promptly sketch the layout on paper and in Figma, followed by creating a wireframe for your approval. After presenting the various layout options, you can select your preferred design, and upon confirmation, a second payment will be required to commence the transformation of the chosen layout into a fully functional website.
Development & Testing
Once we've finalized the designs, I'll begin the implementation process, transforming them into a fully functional website. We'll have a meeting after completing the Home Page, and another one after the entire site is completed, unless you prefer a different arrangement. Once the website is ready, I'll thoroughly test it to ensure smooth performance and functionality. Before launching the site, the third payment will be required.
Website Launch
Once the website is complete, I will hand it over to my client. If they choose to host and maintain it themselves, our collaboration concludes at that point. However, for clients who opt for our ongoing maintenance or hosting services, we will conduct regular checkups to ensure their website remains in optimal condition. The final payment is due within 7 days after the website's launch.
